1. Company with a Business Registration Certificate (BR)
2. Excluding:
- Publicly listed companies
- Statutory bodies
- Non-government organisations funded by the Government
3. Ongoing business commenced before 1 January 2020
4. Substantive business operation in the industry related to the project in the application at the time of application are eligible.
- Each BR can apply for 3 projects
- Each project can claim maximum $100,000
- Total claim: $300,000
Project can only be maximum 12 months.
Any training can only be a maximum 10% of total project cost.
Once project is approved: Immediate 30% deposit from government
Once project is completed: The 70% balance
Ends 6pm, 31 October 2020.

D-Biz Application Process
Step 1: Preliminary Preparation
Step 2: Prepare Application Document
- Documents to prove business operation before 1 January 2020 (e.g. invoice, contract, receipt, purchase order, rent receipt, MPF statement etc)
- 2 Vendor Quotations
- 2 Vendor Signed Non-Collusion
If project cost is over $30,000
- 2 Auditor Quotations ($3,000)
- 2 Auditor Signed Non-Collusion
Step 3: Submit Application
Step 4: Wait for Approval
3 possible outcomes:
1. Project fully approved
2. Project partially approved
3. Project rejected

Step 5: Accept Funding Agreement
The initial 30% of the approved funding amount will be paid to your designated bank account after signing of the funded agreement.
